The app provides access to bonuses, casino products, and customer support available 7 days a week from 8am to 00am CET. All gameplay through the app is governed by Magic Red's standard bonus policy and terms and conditions. --- ## Gettnig Started with Magic Red Before downloading the Magic Red App, you should understand the key account requirements and bonus terms that apply to mobile play. ### Account Registration and Verification When you register for a Magic Red player account to use the app, Magic Red will complete verification, eligibility, and other checks before allowing you to place wagers or withdraw funds. If Magic Red cannot complete these checks to their reasonable satisfaction, they will suspend and ultimately close your player account. This verification process is a standard requirement under Magic Red's Terms of Service. ### Welcome Bonus Information The Magic Red Welcome Bonus is available to new customers who have not previously held an account. The bonus is limited to one per household, per person, per email address, per telephone number, per IP address, per device (mobile or tablet), and per application download. If you choose to receive the Magic Red Welcome Bonus during registration, you will be subject to the Bonus Policy. You have the option to decline the bonus by clicking 'later' at the end of registration. The minimum deposit required to participate in bonuses is £10 in real money. ### How Bonuses Work on the App When you use the Magic Red App with an active bonus, your bets are placed using 50% real money funds and 50% bonus funds, provided you have sufficient amounts of each in your account. All bonuses must be wagered according to the specific terms before you can withdraw winnings. Wagering requirements on casino products are fulfilled only by wagers made from your bonus balance. Different casino games contribute differently to wagering requirements. ### Bonus Restrictions and Withdrawal Rules Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after you have made at least one real money deposit and wagered the required number of times specified for your bonus. For example, with a 10x wagering requirement on a £10 bonus, you must wager £100 before cashing out. Equal or low margin bets, such as betting on black or red in roulette, do not count toward wagering requirements. If you place single bets exceeding 15% of your deposit amount or £4 while a bonus is active, Magic Red reserves the right to withhold winnings above your original deposit. ### Extra Spins Terms Extra or bonus spins credited to your account must be used within 1 day from when they are credited. Unused spins are removed after this period. Winnings from spins are granted as bonus funds and must be wagered according to promotion terms before withdrawal. Winnings from extra spins are capped at £100 maximum, and any excess is forfeited. ### Vertical Restrictions When claiming a welcome bonus through the app, the bonus and associated deposit are restricted to specific verticals. For example, a casino bonus and its deposit can only be used for eligible casino games. You cannot use casino bonus funds on other products like sports betting until all wagering requirements are met or the bonus expires. Using bonus funds on non-eligible verticals constitutes a breach of terms, and Magic Red may void the bonus, withhold winnings, or impose withdrawal restrictions. ### Prohibited Betting Practices Magic Red prohibits certain betting practices while bonuses are active. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through bonus stages in specific games is not permitted. Players who delay winnings by initiating bonus features and completing them after the bonus has expired or been wagered will have those winnings removed. If Magic Red has reasonable grounds to believe you are engaging in irregular play or bonus abuse, they may remove the bonus and any associated winnings. ### Removing Your Bonus You can remove a bonus from your player account if no gameplay has taken place with respect to that bonus. You can remove it manually within "My Account" or by contacting Magic Red support. If you remove a bonus after claiming it, any winnings gained from that bonus will also be removed. ### Customer Support Magic Red provides customer support 7 days a week from 8am to 00am CET. You can contact support by clicking the "online support" button while playing or by emailing support@Magic Red.com. Include your username when contacting support. ### Terms You Must Accept By accessing or using the Magic Red App and registering a player account, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Magic Red incorporating all terms, conditions, policies, and documents forming their Agreement. You must read and accept the Terms of Service, Bonus Policy, and any promotion-specific terms before using the app. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms, the Bonus Policy, and the Terms of Service, promotion-specific terms take priority.
